The order steps

1 - The budget and payment terms
Based on the desired format, I will tell you the corresponding price.
The prices are net in euros (VAT not applicable: article 293B of the general tax code)
A 20% deposit is required upon ordering and is non-refundable. The balance is due once the painting is fully completed.
Payments are made by bank transfer.
Delivery charges are added to the price of the painting.
International shipping is possible, but customs fees, taxes, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

2 - The design line
We exchange information via email regarding the characteristics of the painting.
You will receive by email an order contract outlining the terms and conditions of ordering the artwork.
Upon receipt of the order contract and the deposit paid, I produce a sketch within 3 days.
The painting can take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete.

3 - The sketch
From the design line, I create a sketch according to your instructions, and I send you a photo by email so you can get an idea of the painting.
Note that a sketch does not accurately reflect the final work.
It is possible to make an appointment at the workshop.

4 - Progression
So that you can follow the progress of the painting, I am sending you photos for approval with 1 day to think it over.
Having completed my period of reflection, I continue working on the painting.
You've changed your mind! A modification is possible, but additional fees will be charged.

5 - Delivery
Shipping is done via post or other carriers with a tracking number which I will send you by email.
The painting is carefully packaged and a certificate of authenticity accompanies the artwork.
It is possible to come to the workshop to collect the paint, a special moment during which we could exchange ideas.
